At 44 years old, Rick Howell has been investing in real estate since 2010. It's a family business with his son and sister and is based primarily in Ohio and Michigan. They utilize a variety of investing and exit strategies including wholesaling, flips, buy and holds, and they have a retail arm and a real estate investing coaching program. Prior to building this business, Rick was a construction worker and baseball and football coach.
