Monica is a dual licensed Family NP and Mental Health NP who left the Veterans Administration to start the company "Allen Money Talks", write a book (Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$), and do motivational speaking. Her motivation was fueled by her start as a teenage mom, a father who died young at age 44 of a heart attack, and her divorce by age 22. She gives hope to women who are on the front lines of maintaining the household finances, with her 4-step plan to change their family legacies. After Covid, after many had to quit their jobs and take care of school-aged children, coupled with inflation at an all-time high, Monica's teaching is helping many families.
